If you sign up for MechDirect Internet Banking, we collect your:

- Social Security Number
- Home, daytime/business phone numbers
- TeleBanking Personal Identification Number
- E-mail address
- Account number
- Account type
- Mother’s maiden name
If you sign up for MechDirect Bill Pay, we collect your:
- Name
- Address, including street address, city, state and zip code
- Home and daytime/business phone numbers
- Social Security Number
- E-mail address
- Information about your payees
If you apply to open a savings or checking account online, we collect your:
- Name
- Address, including street address, city, state and zip code
- The states you have lived in for the past 5 year
- Home and daytime/business phone numbers
- Drivers License or State I.D. card along with issue and expiration dates
- Date and place of birth
- Mother’s Maiden Name
- E-mail address
- Employer and occupation
If you apply for a home loan online, we collect your:
- Name
- E-mail address
- Marital or Registered Domestic Partnership Status
- Date of birth
- Social Security Number
- Current address
- Home and work phone numbers
- Employment information
- Financial information including:

- Assets
- Liabilities
- Current Housing Costs
Information Sharing
Our policy is that we do not disclose personally identifiable information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law or as disclosed in this notice. This means that we share information about you with others under certain circumstances specifically permitted by the laws that govern us. For example, we are permitted to share information

- You may change your e-mail address for online banking by logging onto the MechDirect Internet Banking website.
- You may change your e-mail address for bill pay by logging onto the MechDirect Bill Pay website.
- You may change any other information by contacting us directly at 800-797-MECH.
Notification of Changes
- We notify you of changes to our Online Privacy Policy by noting at the top the latest revision date of the policy.
