**When you fulfill any one of the "Five Easy Ways to Get Free Checking", the monthly service charge will be waived. If you do not fulfill one of these criteria in any given month a service charge, not to exceed $10.00, will be assessed and ATM fee refunds will not be rebated for that month.
‡Combined balances shall be defined as follows: when used for service charge purposes, "combined deposit balances" means the average monthly balance of the primary checking account, together with the combined current balances (determined on the statement date of the primary checking account) in all other deposit accounts and/or personal loans.
